Manage Consumers Interface Update

Another suggestion is using the color to mark the status of the payments, this way you can fit more info on the same page.
If it was possible to quickly search by name and get the payment history (or even better - allow to mark the suspicious payments to quickly refund), that would solve the problem, because we research every chargeback manually anyway and can try to locate the same user using other accounts/cards.
