Support ticket emails contain link to portal

It would be great if the support emails that we receive with updates to tickets contained a link to the online portal. We use a ticket system which doesn't seem to play nice with Segpay's ticket system - a new ticket is created if we reply to the tickets via email. So we have to use the portal - we have to login and search. 


It would save us a few clicks if we had a link in the email.
